The hotel restaurants operate on a first come first serve basis, but are allowing some time slots for our group in order to accomodate larger reservations for Milwaukee Employee/Customer dinners. For reservations exceeding 10 people, please reach out to the Birchall team directly. Please note that the largest reservation sizes listed in the dine-around represent the maximum capacity each restaurant can accommodate. Reservations that exceed what is stated in the document may not be able to be accomodated.
If you require a larger reservation, it may need to be organized as a private event, which could incur additional costs.
